Man getting a tattoo to label it, which is permanent. There is no going back, if its gets rough. There will always be a reminder. Are you sure that you can handle that, for 50 years?

Allot of times the psychosis of the cuckold will deliver long term wants and desires, although are they real or just manifested in the fantasy? Be careful where you tread, just my opinion.

She could get an anklet tattoo. Rather discreet but it would still be a powerfull message as an anklet can be. It would also be more visible to a lot more people than a hidden tattoo on the butt or other mostly covered places so the effect would be better. And of course it would be as permanent...as a tattoo can be! The tattoo could be tame like a regular anklet or explicit. Good luck with it and do not forget to post the pictures!
