I have suffered from ED for a few years now - I am 58. Viagra worked for me, though I am now prescribed the generic equivalent sildenafil. As I still get nocturnal erections my doctor started me off on 25mg, though when I tried two together I found the effect stronger and the doctor increased the dose to 50mg.
