I took Sissyjilly's idea, came up with somthing you can't get out of without the key (or hack saw).

I found a 3" Hose clamp, put it around my penis and balls. Once I tighten it down, it really didn't feel that bad or hurt (thought it might pinch, but it didn't even after I walked around with it on, felt ok). When tightened to the point where I couldn't get it off (trust me you want get it off), I marked where I should drill a hole, so I can put a small pad lock and can't unscrew it.

I have to go to get a small PVC 90 degree like Sissyjilly. I'm going to drill a hole in the top of it. So I can lock it the the hose clap.

This works great, got it at Lowes. It won't let the head go soft, it keeps the head encourged. Which also makes sure that won't come off. The Head keeps it on. Sort of a great, the feeling having a hard head and the rest is soft.

What I'd like to see is this:

Here's another. I got 2 90 degree PVC joints. one 1" and 3/4"

It's was a little hard to get my cock in the 1", but slip right in with a little vasoline. It slip right off.

So, I tried the 3/4" joint. My cock is little 4 1/2" but it still wouldn't go thourgh.

So, I got some electrical tape (not duck tape, to sticky), and wraped it up so it was smaller and could fit into 3/4" PCV joint. Be very careful when making up homemade chastity devices! I read about a guy who slipped a small piece of metal pipe over his penis and down to the base of the shaft.
