Problem is going under the knife as I understand it most of the procedures will only gain you maybe 2 inches and the only way to increase girth is to inject fat which goes away, so I say don't do it. I figured a long time ago to just be happy with my 4 inches and let my wife enjoy bigger when she wants. Works out well because she spends a week or two or three with me getting tight again then gets a big guy to stretch her out. She loves the difference.
