First off adding 1 or two inches to 4 or 5 only ends up at 7. If your talking about the large coks they are starting around 9 and up, so 2 inches wouldn't do it. All that aside.

Although the "norm" might be for cuck husbands to have smaller penises, I really don't believe that it is a pre-requisite for wanting to be a cuck.
