A big first step would be to get her to roleplay it in bed with you while your having sex with her. If she can talk about it, making up something or you telling her what you would like her to do with someone you both know that she finds attractive would be a huge first step. It has worked with a couple of my ex's. As well as letting me get a chance with some of my friends gf's as well. But it won't always work of course, but it has a reasonable chance for working out the way you want from my experience.

But if it does start to work dont push thing for a while unless you really think she really wants it. Just leave a few hint over time if she would like to really do it your still up for it.

Hopefully you will get more ideas and something will work.
