Humiliation for beginners?

Is there a web page, a book or a film that tells you how to do this sort of stuff?

My wife is brilliant. She isn't into any of this stuff, but she has agreed to try to do some offense. Trouble is she says she feels silly and does not know what to do or say.

Can anybody give me any ideas please?

Go slow, let her get used to the idea, too much too soon and she will not like it. Let her think about it. She might surprise you.

well you can start off with bringing up things her 'friends' say when their pissed at their husbands, i work in an industrial office job and i hear what they say about boyfirnds, husbands or even mans, you know the 'how much of an asshole' he is or that he is suck a 'half witted prick'.....etc....etc, good luck and cheers

Try this creampie...First have a few takes to loosen her up. Than, tell her to try being YOUR slave for 15 minutes so you can show her what you want...BUT...Make her swear that for those 15 minutes there is NO turning back..She must do WHATEVER you say with NO complaints...NO backing out...THEN, really put it to her..humiliate the cuckolds brownie out of her. Make her resent the hell out of you for making her do the things you do. Even though it will feel unnatural as a sub to do this, grit your teeth and bare it. The payoff will make it SO worth it. You see, if you are mean enough, then when you are done she will be looking for some payback. Now 15 minutes later kneel at her feet and say, "i belong to you now Princess. How can i please and amuse You." and watch Her go. Trust me, this will work. I've tried it before with my X and it was a brilliant way to get her into the scene.
