If he knows she is married and that hasn't put him off, then that sounds like he is just looking for a casual fling, which of course will suit your requirements perfectly.

I also think it is good that you don't know the guy and never meet him. I don't suppose it would bother him if he were to met you, but you might find it best not to know what he looks like. If your wife ends up having sex with this guy and ends up carrying his baby, you may start picturing them in bed together. You might be better not being able to put a face to this guy's name.
