Sounds like someone is just pulling your leg and playing games on the internet. Quite common for chat or personals sites.

You need to make it a rule to never chat with them for more than five minutes without arranging a meeting and only after you meet them should you invest any time or energy in writing or chatting with them.

If they make up an excuse as to why they can't meet, move on to the next one. You'll waste countless hours chatting away with a woman who is totally lying about what she looks like or worse: a gay guy pretending to be a woman.

If 'she' is too far away to meet, why are you bothering writing to her anyway?

And if by chance you have met her, why are you talking about marriage already? You don't even know her. Sounds like games to me.
