The reason I ask is because after 6 years of counselling (and laying out some serious dollars on my part), my wife decided she no longer likes sex! It's been almost 5 years without for me.

By changing the subject it meant he/she could demand another session in order to bring the subject up again thus earning more of your hard earned cash... My friend 90% of counselors with certifictes all over their wall claiming how qualified they are... are no more qualified to sort out your problems than you are... You can get those certifcates for completing a 2 day postal course and sending the $100 fee.
