Well...I can provide one update, and it's an interesting one. My wife is still seeing this guy regularly, even though their "formal" discussions are now over--the work is all but done in terms of insurance claims, police reports, etc. He stopped by our house to drop off some final paperwork before the holidays--but I know she has met him at least twice for coffee--the interesting thing is she isn't mentioning these plans--but freely told me when I'd asked her if she'd talked to him or seen him...interesting, isn't it?

I understand what you're saying Joseph Smith--but you would have to know us, or our marriage in more detail to know why I didn't just jump up and do that. This is all very tentative and very new--if you read through all the previous posts it should paint a more clear picture of where things stand.
We talked a bit today and I asked how her night was--she very vague on details--where she'd been, who with, etc--but I didn't push the issue too hard--I think at this point any suspicion on my part might put an end to what may or may not be happening.

Well, what many of you have suggested, and what I have suspected is all but confirmed. I left work for 20 minutes this afternoon and drove past my house and there was a truck there--parked on the curb in front of the house--I'm reasonably sure this is his (Jason's) truck, as my wife has mentioned in the past that he drives one--the color she mentioned was correct also.
I was excited, confused...I guess the usual feelings, but I didnt approach the house--I've never actually gone home during the day in all my years of working--so just doing so out of the blue seemed hard to justify. When I came home today it was just the usual small talk--no mention of anyone having been there. I did mention his name, asked if she'd seen or heard from him--and she only said it had been a few days since he'd emailed her, but that he was going to send her work-out ideas for the gym.
It appears that someone, likely him, was at my house during the day today--I will see what I can do in the next few days about getting more info.
