Cut the wiper arm short and drill a hole so that you can bolt a shaft to the end.
At the end of the shaft, attach a dildo. You will need to power the motor with a car battery or a converter which converts your a/c house current to 12 volts DC. If you get a variable speed or an interval motor with the controls, you can vary the speed and set it on interval.
