Simple fucking maching. Purchase an electric windshield-washer motor from an auto supply store. Or, you can get one from a junkyard.
Cut the wiper arm short and drill a hole so that you can bolt a shaft to the end.
At the end of the shaft, attach a dildo. You will need to power the motor with a car battery or a converter which converts your a/c house current to 12 volts DC. If you get a variable speed or an interval motor with the controls, you can vary the speed and set it on interval.
You will have to mount the motor firmly on a base, and create something to stabilize the shaft. You will find that the shaft must be bolted very close to the spindle of the motor, so that the length of travel is very short (4 to 5 inches maximum). This works well.
