once you have downloaded a passed zip file, whan you want to unpack it to your hard disk a window will pop up asking for a password.
That's the place you will have to paste it.

May be "www.ektwr.org" or "http://ektwr.blogspot.com" (without quotes) or something so. But this is a complementary file from a previous Ektwr post (not available for the moment), you need all files to unrar.
