RAR is not a movie format. It's an archive. Use WinRAR (Shareware) to unpack the archive. Find the appropriate movies inside the archive.
BTW: 7zip can also unpack RAR. And it's freeware.

If you are new to downloading video's, particullarly alot of video's from this thread or others like Jamesriske,Militarymans or Moonlites, you will need to download Winrar http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250_4-10530598.html . Once you have download Winrar and installed it you will be able to view the video's that have been uploaded in Rar format.
When you have installed the softwear ie Winrar, download a movie (YOU MUST DOWLOAD ALL PARTS OF THE MOVIE)
When you see the movie in your folder, right click on your mouse and choose "EXTRACT HERE"
Once you have done this the Winrar program will decompress and join the files of the movie and convert it to Windows Media Format so you can view the movie through Windows media player .
