I guess i should have "disclosed" my self. I have for the last 12 years used birth control pills and condoms with men other then my husband. I am now off the pill and plan to use condoms and thinking of adding a little risky fun from time to time.

In our case, we decided on having her tubes tied because she was having a c-section when our son was born. Otherwise I would have had a vasectomy. It just seemed like the obvious decision for us.

It was my wife’s decision to have her tubes tied after our last child, she said she was 30, had two children and did not wont any more no matter what happened "her mother had six children" so that was her decision.

kimlane, the MAP works differently than does the bcp. It prevents the fertilized egg from attaching to the uterus wall. Besides my friends wife I know a lot of women that this is their only means of preventing a pregnancy and they all bareback without concern to the time of month. There is other ways to determine if you are fertile before going bareback.
