She takes the MAP the next day and has not gotten pregnant yet. She has had two children and she knows who the father of each is. The MAP is about 100% in stopping an unwanted pregnancy.

I always remembered that sperm stays alove up to 4 days inside a warm vagina. at first i never took that in account but after really reading about the rythum method i was ricking getting pregnant and didnt even know it. my husband never knew i was havng my own private fun. i kept off birth control for a long time and my bod felt better after that so i never went back using the pill ...etc......but i still have my cervical cap when i want to enjoy sex while ovulating..
