I know from personal experience, balls can take a lot of abuse. My wife has tried just about everything on them. I did not know you could be hung by them. That has to cause some damage. I suppose people are built differently, but heavy weight causes a sever pulling pain from the cords up in my abdomen. The most she has hung on my balls was about 25 lbs and I could not take that for long. Can't emagine 200 lbs!
Once she tied a gallon of water to the parachute, held it up and let it drop about 3 feet. I thought they had ripped off, judging by the pain! I could not walk upright the rest of the day. I swear they hung lower after that, like something tore loose!

I've read some about scrotum stretching. They warn not to do it if you plan to have children.
Always wondered if it increased the chances of testicular torsion. Thats when the cords get twisted in the sac and the blood supply gets cut off. They have to operate to untangle it within a few hours, or the ball will die.
