There are many castrated husbands out there. I am one of them. There are photos on the web and lots more castrated men that don't put out photos. Most are too embarrassed to post photos and have everyone know that his wife had him made into her eunuch. Believe as you will, but I assure you it is more common than you would imagine. While I agree that Thailand is your best bet, current medical technology can't make you into a "fully functional" female, they can do as good a job as they can, but it only goes so far. Also even if you do go and use a hospital before doing it, there can be complications, definitely don't do it if you're just fantasizing about it, there's a reason the medical community requires a year of therapy and hormones before SRS...
