I think many women would like it done to their men. Yes, it is difficult to find someone to do the surgery. The easiest way is medication available over the net. Androcur (Cyproterone Acetate), and Depo provera are easily available. Lupron is more expensive, but just one shot will chemically castrate you for 4 months!
The meds are temporary, but they say with time the effects become permanent.

There are many castrated husbands out there. I am one of them. There are photos on the web and lots more castrated men that don't put out photos. Most are too embarrassed to post photos and have everyone know that his wife had him made into her eunuch. Believe as you will, but I assure you it is more common than you would imagine. I am not castrated, but my wife has decided that I must have a vasectomy once our second child is born in three months.
I would like to have more children, but my wife has decided that either we stop making love or I become sterile. She announced that there was no point arguing with her as the matter was settled and that she would be arranging my vasectomy whether I liked it or not. I know I could refuse when I get to the doctors, but to be honest, it's not worth the fight she'd have with me, so I accepted it.
She has pointed out on many occasions that it's much more of an operation for her to become sterilized, and she doesn't want to have an invasive procedure or go on the pill as it messes with her body.
I was immediately turned on by the idea of my wife arranging for me to become unable to reproduce, while she is still young and fertile.

She made the initial appointment with my doctor for a week's time and I think I'm going to go ahead with it.
