seems like you just downloaded part 1 you need to download part 2. to your desktop where you have part 1, that will solve it and enjoy ...btw everytime you download make sure you download all parts if u see its says part 1 and 2,3, etc. and is winrar you will have to have all part to open it, i hope that help or maybe someone here can explain you better....

If you are new to downloading video's, particullarly alot of video's from this thread or others like Jamesriske and Militarymans, you will need to download Winrar http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250_4-10530598.html . Once you have download Winrar and installed it you will be able to view the video's that have been uploaded in Rar format.
When you have installed the softwear ie Winrar, download a movie (YOU MUST DOWLOAD ALL PARTS OF THE MOVIE OR IT WILL NOT PLAY!!!!!!)
When you see the movie in your folder, right click on your mouse and choose "EXTRACT HERE"
Once you have done this, the Winrar program will decompress and join the files of the movie and convert it to Windows Media Format so you can view the movie through Windows media player .

MBB, Have you tried using a different player to see if it is the file itself or just the player?

In my experience if this has occurred it's generally because the movie download has been disrupted and not completely downloaded (check the file size on your pc and compare it with the file size on rapidshare) If that is your problem redownload it using a program like GetRight (free - Google for it) that will ensure the movie/file is downloaded even if it is disrupted because it will allow you to resume downloads.
Hope this of use.
