Kind of like a cross between an ent and a human (remember the ents? anyone read Lord of the Rings? Never mind...). My idea is that any couple who is into blindfolding the wife and having her fuck strangers should make this man's life a little bit more pleasant by allowing him to screw the wife. Hell, I would even send a few bucks to help him get the modern medical treatment that he needs. That's just downright sad. And I'm a cheap bastard! But for this guy? Hell yes. This is sad. Ship this guy to a REAL hospital and get him some help. Geeze.
