I'm surprised...I always got the impression asians, japanese and chinese especially, did not like black people, particularly black men. I've never approached an asian woman as a result; am I mis-informed?

I lived in Japan a long time and married Japanese.
3hands, times have definitely changed. Older women (and men) from Japan looked down on blacks in many ways. Well, many looked down on whites, too...but that's beside the point. As they have grown more worldly, Japanese women have really come to like blacks a lot more. You should explore..you might be surprised.
