lost story

I once read a story about a young unmarried couple. The man was quite well off as his dead parents had left him two apartments next to each other.
In the story the girlfriend gets blacked by a young black thug. This youngster moves in with the girlfriend in one of the apartments. Whilst the thugs father who's recent come out of jail moves in with the boyfriends in the adjoining apartment. The boyfriend is terrified by both these black men but is too much of a wimp to do anything about it. He is forced to watch the girl he loves being ravished by the younger black man. Whilst the older black thug forcibly feminizes him and uses him as his bitch.

I've lost this story does anyone know where it is?
