I would recommend Just My Size (JMS) High Cut nylon panties size 9 or 10, depending on the size of your package. Definitely size 10 if you're caged. Get wifey to measure you for a bra. Garter belt and stockings are tougher to size. Go to Amazon and check out the plus size women's stuff and read the size charts, fits as expected, and reviews. It can be hit or miss at first, but eventually you'll find your sizes. Good luck

In fact their are panties for men. Just google that term. Or "manties" (you'll find some lovely embroidered custom ones - I own several!) Or just search "sissy panties" on ebay (a prime source for me.). However it will be much cheaper to buy women's in stores.

Garter belts and stockings can be challenging to size properly. Many stockings will not come high enough to meet the suspenders comfortably because of the different proportions of males and females. (I am a similar height and weight to you, and have a lot of experience with this.) If you can take the embarrassment, your best bet will be to find a sympathetic and knowledgeable sales clerk to determine your proper sizes and advise you on brands, which vary a lot by size. (In my experience, this usually means older clerks at local no nonsense women's foundation places, not young minimum wage girls at the mall Victoria's Secret, but your experience may vary.)

Again, you can also try transvestite specialty boutiques (if they are not close, they have internet and mail order) but it will probably cost more.

Once you determine your size, the cheapest way to build you panty wardrobe is going to be a visit to an outlet mall. We never leave without a stack of new ones for me!

I'm afraid I disagree with you. "Manties" are made for men - ergo, while you may consider them panties, they are by definition not women's underwear because they were not made for women.

I believe the hummilliationn* that comes from wearing panties stems from the fact that I am wearing underwear which was made and intended for women. That given the choice between men's underwear and women's underwear, that I agree with the principle that I as a sissy/cuck am better suited to wearing women's panties than men's underwear.

$3.99 and up -- as a man you are probably size L from the get go, and if I were you I'd ignore cotton, you need stretchier materials that include spandex or elastane. You can get some at a good price that are still quite sexy and which you will actually enjoy wearing (if not at first, perhaps, then eventually) on a daily basis.
