I've been doing the same for over a decade and I've never been "caught" at work. It is true that for most of that time I've worked from home and only been in public for meetings, conferences, etc., but before that I did go to an office for a while.

The only really issue I've ever encountered was bathroom needs. SItting is necessary, so good bathrooms a must and it really helps if they are one person at a time. Although I don't believe anyone has ever noticed a flash of silky color or frill when I am sitting with my pants around my ankles in a stall, I am always a bit concerned they will if they look under the door. (I make a point of bunching the trousers around he underwear so that the panties would be hard to see.) Also, I have learned to be careful when hugging people who don't know because I don't want them to feel the chastity.

I did get caught once outside of work when the panties rode-up above my waistband and a bottle of seltzer exploded over my, making my shirt transparent. Which could have happened at work, but never did.
