I like my men to be "substantial" in the manhood department. How many other ladies out there think it would be a good national law that boys at the age of 15 be required to take a medical exam and if they have an under developed penis they should be castrated. This would prevent the small penis gene to be passed on to the next generation.

You know I guess it could start a matriarchal society. But what would be the size requirements for castrations. and since at the age of fifteen would the newly castreded boys have to take female hormones sinse that is around the age we hit puberty.

Wouldn't it also make sense that these boys,[ I would have been one of them], then be femininely attired and forced to serve the needs of Females, and shown off to other Females by their owners?
