Just wondering if anyone here has used, or have had used
on them, a penis plug? I am curious what the sensation of
insertion is like and the longevity of wearing one. Are there
any health concerns other than obvious uti's if proper hygiene
is not followed? Here is a photo of what I was looking at.

Yeah, that was my first reaction when I saw these things. However,
I would think they would be less painful than a genital piercing.
I like the idea of a genital piercing, but there is no way I could let
anyone get near my dick with a needle! So these seam to be a nice
compromise. There are also other models that prevent ejaculation and
that type of chastity play sounds like fun.

Actually the sensation is surprisingly little - I don't think there are many nerve endings in there. Biggest problem is keeping the thing in - it tends to just slide out, if you can get one with some form of ring that goes under the head, all the better. I'd be surprised if any could actually prevent ejaculation, it's far too late by the time it's reached the plug.

Be careful not to do any tissue damage and don't go too big, too quickly.
