Not only castrated, but the entire package removed - not a sex change - just sexless.

Afraid we agree with FantMstr, and if that means we have to go elsewhere, so be it. Castration, in our opinion, is not what sissyfication is about. I understand Androcur (available from europe via net) works very well. They use it for some cancer treatment. It tricks your body into shutting down the testicles. Two pills a day for 3 weeks and no more erections or ejaculation. With time it will shrink the testicles and cause permanent effects. Some women give it to there men in food or vitamins.
My wife had me go to a women therapist to control my constant masturbation. She gave me a high dose Rx for Paxil. 50mg a day and in 3 days I could not cum? It interupts the control of the muscles that make you ejaculate.

Well, I tried a reply that didn't seem to post, so I'll do it again.
I think sissification is a process of moving a male toward womanhood.
If it's forced, then it is humiliating, but if it is desired, then it is rewarding.
But no matter how you look at it, on this road there is a point where you either "stop" or you remove the testicles. The balls are what make the male male, and to move on they have to go. For a forced sissy it might be useful to keep them as a reminder of his humiliation, but if he truly becomes sissy they should be removed.

Brilliantly written responses from Fantmstr and Karenssissyslut there, that shouldn't be ignored. A lot of you who are writing about this idea get a lot of pleasure from this whole scene, and however you may view it not, it'd all change if you lost your equipment. There are a lot of people on the net who will encourage and cajole people into doing this and I wouldn't like to see someone irrevocably damage themselves and then spend the rest of their lives regretting it. It also disappoints me to see consciencious people like fantmstr being told to go elsewhere. He didn't write that for his own pleasure and whether you want to take his advice or not, you should at least respect it.
