On topic: I did a little search and there doesn't seem to be consensus about the average penis length. However, it looks like the average must be somewhere between 12.5 and 16 cm (4.9 - 6.3 inch).
So a penis of 4 inch seems to be just under average. That makes it somewhat small-ish, perhaps, but still normal.
Hope I don't hurt your feelings having to tell you that statistically spoken yours is not a small penis...
