Maybe I can give you some Ideas. I have been in diapers for almost 7 years and can no longer wear underwear as I am now diaper dependent. My wife an I use to have an active sex life but since I am diapered all the time my wife doesn't let me screw anymore and so for the last 7 years she has only let me cum in my diaper but I do take care of her in other ways.
