I'm quite aware that they called Soccer football or "futbol" in Europe. I have no problem with that.

But we call soccer just that...soccer. A completely different sport than American football

I'm from the UK and I oculdn't be more excitied about the Superbowl tonight. What will my wife be doing? Watching it with me! lol

Mind you it would be fun to have a Superbowl party and have her as the Prize for whoever wins the bet.

Soccer is no doubt a demanding sport. It takes speed, agility, and stamina among other things to play the game.

My kids have played it and love it.

I even tried my hand at it in my younger years and enjoyed it.

So no, I'm certainly not dissing Soccer or European football as a sport. ;)

I spent 2 years in Europe. And have many European friends here in the US. I know the folks in Europe have many different names for the same things we have here. I think it only proper and respectful to learn and accept things as they call them.

That had to be one of the ugliest football games I have ever watched. In the middle of a down pour. The Colts and Bears combined for 11 FUCKING turn overs??????????? I thought these guys were professionals.LOL Thumbs up to anyone who took the over last night. I saw that coming.
