Thanks Dennis D. and I will keep that in mind. Funny thing is that 2 things actually do cause the crime rates to drop. One is the certainty of punishment (not the severity) and the other is concealed weapons rights. Seems that crime is many cases just public rudeness and vad manners excalated to a highe rlevel and few things make you more polite than not knowing if the other guy is packing or not.
