I don't think there is a place in Melbourne you can do that.
I did hear that Myer mens toilets were listed on gay website and they closed it due to overflow of men and concern for children.
Only place I can think of where this kind of activity might take place is adult shop on Elizabeth St. with video booth but they have camera in the corridor.

hey, i think u might luck it at Wet on Wellington...in collingwood, its mainly set up as a gay club, but its clean and they have nights where hetro/bi couples play and i believe there are glory holes there. havent been, but a chic friend of mine sucked 8 guys in front of her boyfriend there...and i think she mentioned it to me.

He is right Wet on Wellington has couple nights...............
we have been...........but i would warn you that you cannot have any homo concerns
But WOW is very clean and well run ........we have had some great nights there and there definitely is a glory hole section

It is Wellinton St Collingwood .
has a great web address to have a read and look at ..........
A fantastic steam room........... a beautiful pool............but the manager who has been on when we go says it really only gets used on couple nights...
We find it clean ....well run and at least on couple night the people who attend are fairly cool
