So much of this Japanese art is paedophilic. this one being a prime example!
The best way to stamp it out is to be sensitive to what the image is deliberatly portraying. It's entry level as she has big breasts.

Do I have to? This is very apparent and therfore easily made sense of. www.tommys-bookmarks.com has a pretty good comics anime section. Continually the anime represents child faced women and goes so far to give them smaller breasts or none at all.
Its a disturbing culture, ever culture has its own, but paedophilia is unexceptable.
Just look at the face on this drawing.

Heh  I hope you don't accuse me, plenty of time ago, I had files with girls looking average 30 deleted because of a pedophilia report 
But if you look at that picture's context, the girl being around 16-17, with huge boobs and mature behaviour, it's only on that precise picture she'll look childish.
And that's the fun, precisely, present her a dick and she suddenly looks like a child who's presented a christmas gift and still believes Santa Claus exists...
