Racism is the culture of race. It's to diferentiate human beings by racial criteria. Therefore, the affirmative programs are racist. The only possible compensation in countries where blacks arrived as slaves is social action addressed to the poor, not to blacks: every men and women carry both genes, now, in such interracial societies; those of the slaves and those of the enslavers. People who say it's not a genetic problem use a double standard point; they say affirmative action is due to compensate people who are in inferior position in societies due to ethnic domination caused by whites, however, they do not accept socioeconomic criteria to guide this policy; they want a genetic criterion.
