Employment by a Black Manager/Boss

It's interesting,,,, how many wannabes would actually encourage their wives to apply for a job where they knew the boss was black? Love the concept. Wish more black bosses in the uk would let their presence be know on sites such as this one.

Esp. In the Bristol area

It's a great idea but be careful, advocating wives seeking professionals seems to be deprecated on this site!

Sadly your idea needs a lot more work to come to fruition;
1. You'll need a change in Education policy since at the moment it is failing black males royally.
2. A change in black gang culture.
3. Some positive black role models

Maybe some while male politicians would like to start this off. I'm sure Gordon Brown might like to see the lovely Sarah taken by a black man (OK I know that GB is ultimate 'boss' in the UK but maybe not for too much longer!)

Maybe but their all still lots fo black guys in positions where they decide who gets employed.
