Need an advice. Our neighbor Raul is a good looking guy and my wife's fantasy is having sex with him.

Sorry man, cant support this one. How do you think your wife would feel if someone plotted behind her back to seduce you? Not too good I would guess.
I think the two you should fantasize together about her sleeping with him and then start introducing others into the fantasy. Eventually she should open to fulfilling her fantasy without potentially breaking up a marriage. Raul isnt the only fish in the sea.

I'll give you a different opinion. My assumption is that she would be okay with fooling around with him, if he initiated it. (If she would be consumed by guilt afterwards, that's a different story.)
Just keep hanging around with the guy. Invite him over when it seems to make sense to. Offer him a beer occasionally. Your wife will want to make sure that she always looks nice when he's there.
It may or may not ever happen, and if it doesn't, at least it's still good fantasy.
I am assuming that your wife knows Raul's wife well enough to know that his wife would not be okay with it.

i would not do it against anybody's back which would be a bad idea. How about the wife talk to raul's wife and let her know that she finds her husband attractive...then see where it goes from there....she could also mention that she is a submissive nature...if raul's wife picks it, she could have a slave in the deal...somebody ready to do anything for her in exchange of being with raul....raul's wife may find that a good deal...everybody wins and all is good for all! nd we would like to see your wife humiliated, forced to do things....

Newtothis has a great idea. I would run with that. But, your wife needs to be subtle such as: asking questions about whether his wife has trouble with other women coming on to her husband as he is attractive, etc.
Your wife may find out that he has a big cock and wnats to cuckold you lol

My wife fucked our neighbor, he is also "still" our best friend. Only thing is he was single at the time. Once he began a relationship with another woman, he told my wife that he no longer wanted to have a relationship with her. Out of respect for "us"...he did not want to continue with both women.
