I have measured may things such as boards, patios, rooms, pickup beds plus my cock and one other cock. It is easy to measure a board; but, cocks are not so easy to measure. Do you measure the top part of the cock without pushing the ruler down or do you push the ruler down to to the underlaying bone? The circumference also presents a challenge .
I know there is no government standard weights and measures here; but, really, how do you measure an erect cock?

Although drdneast's method is correct since it measures the "usable depth" inches, a REAL MAN doesn't have to measure his cock. It is visibly large: long and thick even in its flaccid state.
