To do this right we need 2 things:
1 A good O-ring style strap-on, (not a vacu-lock)
2 A hollow rubber dong with a flang at the base.

The hollow rubber dong is hard to find. They are called a "penis prosthetic" and usually come with a useless little strap on devise that snaps onto the flange base area. Throw that part away and slip it into the O-ring strap-on.You might have to find it online by image Googling "Hollow Penis Prosthetic"
