they are rubbish we have 3 diff types they tend to slip off once wet and really annoying, The ones that supposedly "extend" it are hard to get use to but with practice may do the trick cock rings tend to work best we have found.. all the best

To do this right we need 2 things:
1 A good O-ring style strap-on, (not a vacu-lock)
2 A hollow rubber dong with a flang at the base.

The hollow rubber dong is hard to find. They are called a "penis prosthetic" and usually come with a useless little strap on devise that snaps onto the flange base area. Throw that part away and slip it into the O-ring strap-on.You might have to find it online by image Googling "Hollow Penis Prosthetic"
