it's possibl;e thta chat engine do not correct understood the format of your pic. pls try to resave it to simple *.jpeg or *.gif file

I still can't change the pic and other member must be having the same problem as they are having corrupt pictures in there profile. What is more weird for me is that I am using the exact same picture that previously worked in another profile (I changed profile name for something more descriptive) and in my new profile it won't work.

Any suggestions...my picture size is lower then the max allowed, I tried both jpeg and gif formats, and my resolution is below 100*100.

I have the same problem and I made sure that the pic size was correct (I also tried all possible file types, jpeg, gif, jpg...).

Did you find were the bug was?
