Picture help

I open a picture on here and try to save it - it either saves as a tiny "!pix" GIF file or a tiny BMP. Is there a way to save the original file? I have some pics on my profile that I deleted from my hard drive and I wish to save them again in their original size. Thanks for the help!

Right click on the photo you want to save. select "open in a new tab" after the photo opens you can save as normal and you are good to go

They say its beter to give then to recieve..but of course thats debatable

OK..tried but it didn't work. Opens the pic in a new window but won't let me save. Do this - someone save my 4 profile pics and post them somewhere for fakes and captions. Let me know where! Thanks!

what browser do you use? try the Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome

I tried each of those....didn't work. Each time it opened it in a new browser. Each time it would not let me save it. I took the images down to re-post them but now I have lost them. Did anyone happen to save them for me? Thanks!

pls check you system (ferewall) setup. it's possible that your desible saving pics from internet

I'll check but I'm not sure exactly what I am looking for...
