I've been perusing these forums since August of 2006, and I must say that I really love this site. However, there are those that are really disrupting my experience and it's really getting out of hand.
These people are the pointless arguers. They go into a thread that they don't like, ignoring the title, since that usually tells you what the thread is about, and then start attacking the posters, thread, or someone's person.
This is really ridiculous. All of us are over the age of 18 and therefore should be considered adults. How can people be so insensitive to another.
If you don't like a thread, or a post, or an idea, or even a person, MOVE ON!
This is getting ridiculous.
It is one thing to not like something, but it is another to rub your nose in someone else's business or berate someone for their fetishes.
To name one of my own personal "issues", I'm not a big fan of "Pregnant" pictures and captions. However, just the other day I saw a caption by Kimlane (apologies for dragging you into this) where she used pregnant women. I posted that Pregnant women were not my thing, but her work is superb anyhow.
I feel that THIS is the only way to address anything. If there's something that you can't say nice things about or you don't like, IGNORE it.
What on EARTH can be accomplished by complaining about something, or tearing someone apart?
Also, really, if you think something is illegal there are a few things that you should take into consideration.
1) An admin has likely already seen it
2) If they somehow missed it, posting INSIDE the same thread "Delete this thread" might not exactly work, since people post to threads all the time.
The best way to deal with something like that is to private message an administrator and ask them to look into it.
People we really need to stop attacking each other for no reason.
If you feel the need to flame this message, by all means, do so, you'll just further my point.

So what's your point.....just joking.......Mr. BC has said he is working on a new ignore feature.....I'm not exactly sure how it will work....also, did you take note of the new report feature?

I did, people seem to ignore that feature also.... like I said ridiculous.

..the fact may be, though an extremely large majority of a minority act on their own need to validate the legitimacy of their belief foundations on which their personal fetish/fantasy is structured on.....people are generally...unkind.....this is life
you could perhaps look at it this way...
any reaction is a reaction , most posts rely on reaction...
from a negative comment a post can either gain a greater reaction or sink(increaseing (depending on how that comment is dealt with)....boring boring blah blah blat etc....
there may well be those that actually argue with themselves or try to start arguments under different user names.....this may be shocking to you, i
know but it is true..
we can go on an on asking these questions of why everything is not the way we want it and its not fair but thats just it....we can go on and on...

Secondly, I agree that a reaction is needed, but not one attacking the person for no reason.
