I'm still out of the loop,,,need help

Hey Mr. BC,,,I really don't want to be a pest, that's why I waited this long, but I'm still not receiving notices, it's been that way ever since you made the change. It's really becoming a problem and it's hurting my image and credibility. I can't keep up with ongoing posts, and people think I'm not responding for all sorts of reasons. I thought of re-registering with a different name, but as a newbie I still wouldn't receive notices, plus I wouldn't have access to my previous posts. You wrote and told me it was fixed and everything would be okay, but it hasn't, I haven't received a single notification,,,HELP!!!
