Hi,
According to the changes in 18 2257 please delete all the pictures that are not comes with 2257 documentation and not compliant with the new changes.
Original adult related and site related content will be keeping posting by site Administrator or Members that can provide 2257 documentation.

I understand you're covering your ass (and I don't blame you), but with all the pix being copied off the net by people that don't own them, and then being reposted dozens of times all over the web, you might as well be trying to eliminate all the randrops that don't have two forms of ID, LOL.

I know, I had to deal with it two years ago when they started to introduce, it created problems with my distributors for awhile too, but I'm covered so it doesn't worry me, but a lot of others have to deal with it.

Seems to me you have several issues here. Many of them confused.
Firstly, I would certainly argue that content which is posted to the site from outside of the USA should not be subject to US law. I'm sure that US administrators would take a very dim view of (say) chinese censors trying to legislate content on US sites just because they could read them there.
Secondly, much of the content in the captions pages and elsewhere contains pictures of single women in various states of dress. Many of these pictures do not directly show 'scenes of a sexual nature' as I would define it anyway. The captions and our interpretations may make them sexual but the pictures in themselves do not.
Thirdly, it looks like the rules relating to secondry producers state that they relate to content produced in a commercial venture. I am unaware that any of the posters here actually benefit in any commercial sense, so they would drop out of the rules because of this. Reading through the rules (as amended) i think it would be a harsh interpretation to define your posters as primary producers. They are not (mostly) making films or taking pictures, they are reposting content sucked up from elsewhere. Those posters who are giving us content of their own wives should be OK, they know all the details, they took the pictures.
As for the rest, and those posters inside the USA, I don't know enough about the strictness of the rules and their enforcement. This is a forum, can you really be held responsible for the content of all the posters. I don't know and I couldn't really see it in the regulations. I suspect they weren't really drafted for this purpose. You have reminded posters of their individual responsibility. Maybe that is enough. Perhaps you have a lawyer reading this who might like to comment (anonymously).
I think there exists in theory a more serious issue which is that of copyright, but then again I think that most of the pictures came from free posted sites which in many cases were advertising pay sites for the various actresses involved. We are engaging in many cases in further free publicity, especially when (as in the case of goodhusbands stories) actresses are mentioned by name in the posting. Surely this can only result in people eventually signing up onto these sites if they find the girls attractive enough. We can hardly be accussed of denying them revenue which they would otherwise have got. I can't actually see a commercial damage.
I hope the whole thing does not cause you to consider bringing the site down or changing it sustantially MrBig. I think you have created of the best sites on the internet which caters well, and without much flaming, for those of us which enjoy, either in our heads or in reality the various levels of cuck activity you have.

Not wanting to jeopardize this site, I went ahead and deleted all photos, though I'm sure they came from 2257 compliant sites. Still, its not worth the risk.
I did not remove drawings or artwork. Which I will try to post more of in the future. If you want those removed, please let me know.

I have several very large threads. This is going to take a little time.
I will do my story threads last.

I want to help you to be in compliance with 2257. I went to the link that you provided and read the new version of the U.S. Code. I am not an attorney and I am confused. I do not want to take anymore of your time that I have to, but I would like some clarification on my own personal situation as it relates to posting photos on your site.
All photos that I have posted are ones that I personally took and either show my wife and/or her boyfriends nude or show them having sex. Some of the photos are from the 1970's or 1980's. In order to comply with 2257, is it required that I provide you with the names, maiden names, nicknames, current addresses, ages, and a copy of a passport or other photo ID for my wife and each boyfriend? If so, just once or for each photo?

If you're going to make everyone paranoid over this nonsense and spread rumors so they delete their existing pics and movies and don't post anymore, there would then be no reason to visit your forum. We'll just end up going to one of the many other ones.
If I privately share pics with you guys where the people are obviously over 18, I have nothing to worry about. It's not commercial and I'm not the producer.
All you're doing is stirring up rumors and causing people to delete the very content that keeps them coming to this forum.

The easy answer is probably circumventing all the bull by having the site moved overseas. If it is a non-US site, then US law wouldn't apply, correct? Any attorney's out there?
There is a ton of foreign participation on this site, why not a new domain based in France, i.e., cuckoldplace.fr ....???
