what are the legalities of posting explicit photos

Ok, call me paranoid. I posted my experience with my wife in the bitch wives section and really wanted to include some explicit pics of her vagina but I hesitated because I read something about possible upcoming laws about transferring porn. Is it even possible in the worst scenario that the feds could sopena your records and track down IP addresses.

I notice you don't have a if your 18 or over click here button. i thought that was required. There is explicit content here. What are the laws? How protected are the posters here? It seems some sights have a rule about no labia or pink showing. I assumed that was the legal line between soft and hard porn. But there is plenty of pink and labia here for anybody to easily access. Is this legal or are you hosting this sight in another country other than the USA? Just trying to put my mind at ease here, thanks.

Yes, you're paranoid. If the model(s) are over 18, consenting to the taking & posting of the photos, not engaging in bestiality or other illegal acts, and you are the copyright owner then what's the problem

First of all

If the law is upcoming, they cannot touch you for anything you have done BEFORE the law is passed by the parliament

Second, a law like that is meant to be used for stopping 'the big guys'... meaning those how do such things on large scale, and profit from it...maybe also combined with investigation of tax fraud and thelike

BUT...another thing about posting here (and other places...) Some guys get kick out of exposing their wifes and girl friends...and ask others here to do just that....randomly on the internet....I have sometimes asked for those photos and been ready to help a fellow cuck getting his kick....BUT

Some of these guys send photos of their ex-wifes/ex-girlfriends....and for me....that is total stop. One never know the motivation (revenge?) and also, what consequences it may have for their exes in their new relations...even a hubby asking me to spread pics of their wifes with no consent from her will not be done from my side
