Whether or not, it did at my school, I can't say for certain, as I never watched any such videos. However, it was only one frat that was rumored, over and over, year after year, so it makes you wonder. I know my wife to this day still wonders if she perhaps on video. She has said she'd really rather not know for certain. She's afraid that she is, and knowing that for sure would creep her out. Knowing 18-24 year-olds could be watching her with a guy so can't stand anymore.
