This is the second update to my original post on October 10th, which was followed up with an update posted on October 14th. Might make sense to read those in series (if you haven't already?) to make sense of THIS post?
Hubby and I talked at length again today, as his intent was to update me on their trip to her family's this past weekend:
He says that they told everyone that she had been artificially inseminated. In response to being asked how they decided (on the donor sperm), he says that they asked for the racial heritage to be left out, so that they could decide on OTHER factors. He indicated that they stated that the dr(s) who performed the procedure didn't know the racial heritage of the donor sperm.
I responded to him that I thought that was an EXCELLENT plan - just to make sure that they researched the procedure enough to answer any technical questions which might come up, as well as deciding which facility 'performed' the procedure? He answered that the wife had already researched that.
During the course of our conversation, he stated that he wished that it had been ME who impregnated her, to which statement I responded by asking him to relay to the wife that she couldn't IMAGINE how much I wish that it was MY seed which was germinating inside of her!
He indicated that they practiced for 10 hours (in preparation for the trip) and that the wife fielded most of the questions, with his going along with her answers.
He is relieved (as I am sure that SHE is) that they apparently successfully made it through this experience (i.e., the visit) and appeared to seem confident that they would get through this experience through it's culmination successfully.
Have to admit that I'm not sure that I will be posting anymore about this; for, I am not sure how to feel about whether or not I am violating the trust which he/they have placed in me? My hope is that it is clear that my intentions were pure when I initially posted, as I was reaching out on their behalf in search of moral support for what they were going through.
I had specifically asked hubby if they would be receptive to responding to any assistance which I might be able to come across, to which question he answered in the affirmative - thus, my initial post!
Hubby obviously reached out on his own seeking support, relaying details about someone whom he was in contact with from some forum whose wife AND oldest ******** had been impregnated by the same bull! As their pregnancy terms were two weeks apart, the ******** just gave birth (maybe, four days ago now?), so the wife should be giving birth within the week!
He indicates that the husband brought the bull into the home for the wife and wasn't aware that the ******** had been impregnated until AFTER the fact! Hubby indicates that his friend(?) appears to be a happy ***********. In response to my question of whether he knew if the bull was going to be acknowledged as the ****** of both the wife AND the ********, he answered that he knew that he would be/ had been acknowledged as such for the ********, but wasn't sure if he would be for the wife?
When hubby stated that he suspected that this was more common than most people realized (i.e., white female interest in BBC), I relayed to him my guestimate that AT LEAST 50% of them, REGARDLESS of their status (wife, ********, etc.), was at least CURIOUS about BBC?!
As I have mentioned this site as a resource on a couple of occasions for him to check out, I am not sure how anxious I should feel about the possibility that he/they might eventually check out this site and feel that I might have ******** their trust? I would like to think that this site would be a valuable resource for them, considering what they are going through? I just don't know how they would react if they recognized their story on here as I have relayed it?
I would welcome any guidance anyone might be willing to give on this matter? Thanks again to all who have invested time and expressed interest in reading my posts!
