One typical cuckold wannabe strategy is "slowly getting her ready" - by little encouragements here and there, casual mentioning of how it turns you on once in a while etc.
I believe this strategy is useless, especially if your wife is a real conservative type.
If you are willing to take some risk, here is your best option: Arrange with a guy (could be a bull you meet online, could be a guy you just met on vacation) before wife knows anything about it. Make sure the guy is someone who really wants to fuck your wife, someone who is for sure better at fucking than you, and someone who is willing to work with you in turning her into a true cock lover and you into her lil cuckold.
If you can, go away on vacation and make sure he is there also. While away from home, your wife is likely to lose some inhibitions. I do not DIS agree with the above but don't totally agree, in the sense that I am not sure it would work. I also have a very conservative wife. And I've found that NOTHING works if she thinks I'm setting her up or aiming her towards my goal. What has worked is simply showering her with affection, being very romantic...and coupling THAT with the notion of playing with others...how lovely she'd look as you watched, etc...and then, the best thing I ever did was take her to swing clubs and swing parties. It took a long time and MANY assurances that she didn't have to do anything (which is a cornerstone of almost all such clubs..they really stress that no-one needs to participate and that NO means NO). Funny thing was that once there and with a drink or two...she played more than I did! Now, I'm not lying...I still have a long way to go, but the swing clubs did more than any other thing I ever tried as far as just getting her to accept the idea of being with another man. For most conservative women, I think a big hurdle is that they feel it's cheating (even if the hub. approves). But at the swing club it's just a big party and the playing around is so pervasive they can ease into it. So, you might also see if you can find a swing club and convince her to try JUST GOING..don't force her to participate....then see what happens.

There is a great main stream movie called Animal Instincts in which the husband watches his wife have sex with other men. It's a great way to bring up the subject with your wife.
